As a Door Girl, you are the first face guests see. Your role is to help protect the event, guide guest flow, communicate concerns, and represent OAF with professionalism.
Important: If the event is not at Tally Strip, the Head of Security automatically moves to the top of the chain for liability purposes.

Theft is automatic termination and may result in legal action. This includes cash, wristbands, tickets, event inventory, or company property.
No cups, liquor, or alcohol content are permitted while actively assigned to the door. Work first. Party later.
Taking orders from unauthorized people may result in suspension. Use your earpiece or contact leadership if someone attempts to override door decisions.
You have discretion to deny entry based on character evaluation, intoxication, underage status, drug impairment, fake IDs, or safety concerns. Call security or the closest available leadership team member for removal.
OAF has zero tolerance for arguing or fighting with customers. Stay calm, call the closest leadership team member or security, and notify leadership.
Everyone is paid the same rate during the same night. OAF is lenient on scheduling, but no call/no shows are not allowed. No call/no show first offense is immediate termination. We have backups for a reason — communicate early.
Arrive clean, presentable, and in approved attire. Certain event themes may be encouraged or required for dress code depending on the event. Examples include all black, all white, denim, school colors, holiday themes, or costume themes. When a theme is announced, Door Girls are expected to follow the assigned theme unless approved otherwise by leadership.
Do not argue or accuse. Notify security and leadership. When in doubt, deny entry and escalate.
For fights, medical emergencies, threats, weapons, fire alarms, or overcrowding: notify the closest leadership team member and security immediately. Do not physically intervene.
Count carefully, never leave cash unattended, verify payment before admitting guests, and report discrepancies immediately.
Use phones only for event communication, leadership communication, or event-related tasks while actively working.
Do not post internal issues, private business information, team drama, or negative comments involving OAF. Protect the brand.
